Names are submitted for symbolic purposes only. This campaign is intended to be lighthearted, respectful, and supportive of our mission. In the donation memo insert a name/word, one-line, 15 characters or less, of anything you would like to let go! Preferably a first name and last name inital. Do not submit full last names. Anything that is clearly identifying or inappropriate will be rejected. The name is placed on a heart and then included in a routine litter box care moment. Photos or videos may be shared as a lighthearted send-off.

Valentine’s Day can be full of love — or full of learning experiences. Either way, your heart can still help animals in need.
Closure for a Cause is our Valentine’s Day fundraiser that turns moving on into meaningful support. With a donation, you can submit a name you’re ready to release. Our cats will help you symbolically let go during their normal care routine, while your gift provides food, medical care, and enrichment for animals that have been critically ill or injured and now waiting for homes.
This campaign is meant to be sweet, playful, and kind — because healing and helping can happen at the same time.
