Winston

Winston was found with his buddy Schmidt (since adopted!) along the side of the road. He is a very lovable bunny, who likes being held. He is very sweet and has been enjoying his foster home and bunny friends there. Winston is male.

Dove

Meet me at LanCATster Cat Cafe!

With us since: January 2025

Dove came to us in distress from labor complications. She had her babies at PET Emergency, and unfortunately 4 were stillborn and her remaining baby passed away a few days later. She has shown some signs on depression, but is slowly feeling more like herself. She is a little guarded with new people, but wants attention and love and comes to the staff willingly. She will need someone who is patient with her and earn her trust. Dove does well with the other cats and has not been very playful yet, but with time we could see her being open and playful with other cats and with toys. Dove is approx. 1 year old, spayed and fully vaccinated.

Cats & Kittens

Gracie

With us since: April 2025

Gracie came to us after her finder realized she had a pretty severe ear infection. We took her in and Helping Hands for Animals was able to get her in to spay her, and also address her medical issues. Along with the ear infection, she had a polyp causing the infection, dental issues, and a wound on her neck. She was treated for all these and has healed very well. Gracie is will needs lots of time and space to open up to humans. She has been pretty standoffish with the staff, but her finder had been able to pet her while she was living outside near her. Gracie will do best in a quieter home without dogs and small children. She does well with the other cats and occasionally likes to play with toys. Gracie is approx. 1 year old, spayed, and fully vaccinated.

Bruno

With us since: May 2025

Bruno came to us with a reported broken leg. He was examined at our vet and monitored at our office and he has had no leg issues. Bruno has been very timid since awe came to us, but he is slowly opening up! He likes pets and scratched behind his ears. He also loves to sit in the windows and watch everything. He does very well with the other cats. Bruno is shy and will need someone to give him time to open up! He would most likely prefer a quieter home. Bruno is approx. 2 years old, fully vaccinated and neutered.

Cleo

With us since: June 2025

Cleo came to us with her left eye ruptured. It was removed because the damaged was too extensive but everything cleared up well and she is doing great! Cleo is shy with people but loves playing with the other kittens and is slowly warming up to us. She just needs some time and patience to warm up to a new family. Cleo is approx. 6 months old, fully vaccinated, and spayed.

Azrael

With us since: June 2025

Azrael came to us when he was found stuck in a car. He had no injuries luckily, but he did have an upper respiratory infection he was treated for. Everything cleared up well and he is doing great! Azreal is a little skiddish around people, but we are able to gently pick him up and old him. He will need someone to be patient with him and give him time to open up. He LOVES to play with the other kittens and is often wrestling with someone. Azrael is approx. 6 months old, fully vaccinated, and neutered.
