Gomez
Meet me at LanCATster Cat Cafe!
With us since: September 2025
Gomez has the sweetest eyes and the softest soul. This brave boy came to us with a severely broken leg that had healed bent, leaving him walking on his ankle and in pain. Thanks to one of the amazing vets we work with, the damaged leg was amputated—and now Gomez is healed, happy, and learning to navigate life as a confident tri-paw. He can be shy at first and appreciates a gentle approach, but once he feels safe, he enjoys soft pets and quiet company. Gomez also has some very unique meows—sometimes mistaken for hisses—that make him even more endearing once you get to know him. Gomez is looking for a calm, loving home where his kind heart and sweet eyes can truly shine. He gets along well with other cats, making him a great addition to a feline-friendly home. Gomez is approx. 1 year old, fully vaccinated and neutered.
Dove
Meet me at LanCATster Cat Cafe!
With us since: January 2025
Dove came to us in distress from labor complications. She had her babies at PET Emergency, and unfortunately 4 were stillborn and her remaining baby passed away a few days later. She has shown some signs on depression, but is slowly feeling more like herself. She is a little guarded with new people, but wants attention and love and comes to the staff willingly. She will need someone who is patient with her and earn her trust. Dove does well with the other cats and has not been very playful yet, but with time we could see her being open and playful with other cats and with toys. Dove is approx. 1 year old, spayed and fully vaccinated.
Gracie
With us since: April 2025
Gracie came to us after her finder realized she had a pretty severe ear infection. We took her in and Helping Hands for Animals was able to get her in to spay her, and also address her medical issues. Along with the ear infection, she had a polyp causing the infection, dental issues, and a wound on her neck. She was treated for all these and has healed very well. Gracie will needs lots of time and space to open up to humans. She has been pretty standoffish with the staff, but her finder had been able to pet her while she was living outside near her. Gracie will do best in a quieter home without dogs and small children. She does well with the other cats and likes to play with toys. Wet food is the way to her heart! Gracie is approx. 1 year old, spayed, and fully vaccinated.
Bruno
With us since: May 2025
Bruno came to us with a reported broken leg. He was examined at our vet and monitored at our office and he has had no leg issues. Bruno has been very timid since he has come to us, but he is slowly opening up! He likes pets and scratched behind his ears. He also loves to sit in the windows and watch everything. He does very well with the other cats. Bruno is shy and will need someone to give him time to open up! He would most likely prefer a quieter home. Bruno is approx. 2 years old, fully vaccinated and neutered.
Tally
Meet me at LanCATster Cat Cafe!
With us since: May 2025
Tally is a sweet, happy kitten who’s as brave as she is cute! She came to us with an abscess on her back leg, but after some TLC and treatment, she’s fully healed and back to her playful self. Tally loves to play, explore, and—most of all—enjoy her wet food! She’s great with other cats and has a gentle, curious personality that makes her easy to love. If you’re looking for a fun companion with a big heart and an even bigger appetite, Tally’s your girl! Tally is approx. 6 months old, fully vaccinated, and spayed.
Chappel
With us since: August 2025
Chappel is a resilient little lady who’s already overcome a lot. When she came to us, she was malnourished and had a vaginal infection, but after treatment and care, she’s fully recovered and thriving! This playful girl loves zooming around with her toys and hanging out with other kittens. She also has a soft spot for treats and doesn’t mind a little love and attention in between her energetic play sessions. Chappel is looking for a fun, patient home where she can run, play, and be adored on her own terms. Chappel is approx. 4 months old, fully vaccinated and spayed.
Lieutenant
Meet me at LanCATster Cat Cafe!
us since: July 2025
Lieutenant is a loving cat who overcame a tough start. When she arrived, she was struggling with a severe upper respiratory infection and needed immediate veterinary care. While she improved, she still had a persistent rattly sound in her breathing. A closer look revealed the cause: a throat polyp. After successful removal and plenty of rest, Lieutenant has made a complete recovery and is now thriving. Through it all, her gentle personality never faded. Lieutenant is incredibly sweet, social, and comfortable with people and other cats alike. She enjoys playful moments with toys, cozy cuddle time, and never turns down treats or a good meal. With her resilient spirit and affectionate nature, Lieutenant is ready to bring warmth, joy, and companionship to a loving forever home. Lieutenant is approx. 5 months old, fully vaccinated and spayed.
June Bug
With us since: August 2025
June Bug is a gentle, shy soul who prefers a quiet life and plenty of personal space. He came to us with an upper respiratory infection and a possible throat blockage, but after thorough veterinary care and treatment, he has made a full recovery. June Bug is happiest tucked into the cozy cubby holes of the office cat tree, where he can relax and watch the world from a safe distance. He doesn’t mind the company of other cats and coexists peacefully with them, but he takes his time warming up to people. He’ll need a patient adopter who can give him the space and understanding he needs to slowly build trust. Because of his sensitive nature, June Bug would do best in a very calm home with no children—a quiet, steady environment where he can feel safe and be himself. If you’re looking for a low-key, gentle companion with a soft heart, June Bug may be the perfect match. June Bug is approx. 5 years old, fully vaccinated and neutered.
